What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order is an order for an item yet to be made commercially available, which would be paid for in advance and shipped later. We offer pre-orders so that you will receive the item once it’s released and not have to worry about it selling out and not receiving it. We also offer you a 10% discount as a thank you for your pre order. 

When will I receive my pre-order?

Once we receive the pre-ordered items we will ship them to you in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. 

Can I cancel orders that I have pre-ordered ? 

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order if your item(s) has not been shipped. Please contact us at 

blessedfinances.work@gmail.com and we will respond within 1-3 business days.

All canceled pre-orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. 

Refund Policy:

At this time we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Shipping Policy: 

Blessed Finances LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered items. Please file a claim with the shipping company immediately. We will do everything we can to help assist you but once the package is in the shipping company’s hands we have no control over it. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. 

We currently only ship to customers within the UNITED STATES. It is our goal to ship internationally, we will work diligently to make it happen as soon as possible. 

All orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout, determined by weight, and set by the carrier. 

Blessed Finances LLC is not liable for customer errors. If the postal carrier returns your package due to an

undeliverable or incorrect address, all return fees are the customers responsibility. To have your package reshipped, you will need to cover the new shipping charge plus the return fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Blessed Finances LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging. In the event that you receive a notice stating your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping company immediately and file a claim. We will do the very best we can to help within our capabilities! It is our goal to ensure you receive your package but UPS and USPS request that the customer files the claim. 

In-Stock Items:

In stock items usually ship within 1-5 business days. We will contact you immediately if there is a delay with shipping. 

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-Order items will ship when they arrive. Please check our social media page and your email for all updates on the status of your product(s) estimated arrival. Once your pre-order is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
